Q: What is a typical WHOLE BRAIN FITNESS session like?
A: The first step is the assessment, which takes about 90 minutes, during which your brainwaves are read and measured. The resulting brain map is then used to create the custom protocols that create brain balance and encourage optimal brain function.

Q: How many sessions do I need?
A: Initially, an Intensive, or 12 to 15 sessions, is required to give the new pathways that are being created in your brain the opportunity to dominate over the old. This can be accomplished over as little as four or as many as six days at two to three sessions per day.

Q: What results can I expect from WHOLE BRAIN FITNESS?
A: Clients who are working on resolving anger issues or addiction usually experience results immediately. Benefits such as deeper more productive sleep, reduced stress and anxiety, and a deeper sense of calm are benefits felt by most clients regardless of their personal goals.

Q: How soon will I start to see results?
A: Results can be experienced typically after just a few sessions. Each person is different and will have different goals for brain balancing so results will vary widely.

Q: Does it hurt?
A: Not even a little! Brain State Conditioning is a relaxing, enriching experience that creates a deep sense of peace. The calm that results leaves your mind clearer and in a more productive, creative state.

Q: Who can use Brain Training?
A: Anyone with a brain! We can begin working with children as young as 6 years of age or younger if the child can sit quietly.
